Responsibilities and Achievements

Dorel Group Co., ( Ameriwood ,Cosco,Dorel Canada ,Dorel Europe Pacific Cicycle )1. Set up Furniture Sourcing Department in China ( Shanghai ) ; provide the service for relative divisions of Dorel Group, like Ameriwood ,Cosco , DHP .... Before sourcing dept. established, this company did the business or import the goods throught the agent Co., it has never imported directly. 2. Establish the vendor base ; research new factory for relative divisions, including solid wood , MDF w/ wood veneer , particle board w/ wood veneer , MDF , particle board w/paper , PVC veneer .... All vendors produce the finished goods , most of them are R-T-A furniture, some of them are folding furniture, and some of them are case goods .
3. Research the Component factory. Until now, Ameriwood is a RTA furniture manufactory in States and still has 3 wood ( paper lamination ) and 1 futon factories in running , so they need the more competitive component suppliers, likes door frame , hardware..., for cost reduction and business extension.9.
